It is important to note that the inflator hose is not permanently attached and can be easily detached.

Alternatively, the Halcyon Liftbag can also be inflated by mouth. Since it is completely sealed, it features an overpressure valve. With a capacity of 185 lbs (approx. 36 kg), this liftbag is ideal for surface marking of decompressing divers or for lifting objects. It is often brought to the surface using a spool.

Choosing a fully enclosed lift bag offers several advantages. When ascending from greater depths, the gas inside the Halcyon lift bag expands due to the decreasing ambient pressure. The pressure relief valve ensures safe venting and prevents the lift bag from bursting.
